Farhadi Holding was first established in Iran under the management of Mr. Reza Farhadi and began its business activity by exporting food to Iraq. With its belief in desirable quality and modern packaging, it achieved great success in exporting food to Iraq and Turkey. At the very beginning of its entry into the foreign export market, it established major food distribution agencies in eleven cities in Iraq and accounted for a large part of the exports of Kermanshah province. Then, it expanded its scope of activity from Iraq and Turkey to the United Arab Emirates, India, China, Pakistan and Jordan, and launched three types of goods, including rice, tomato paste and tea, under the brand FC, which stands for Farhadi Trading Company.

After the company supplied the above export goods and improved their quality, it was not long before the scope of Farhadi Holding's activities crossed the borders of the Asian continent and entered the markets of European countries such as Russia and England. It also expanded its activities by establishing affiliated companies, and thus Farhadi Holding was founded.

After a short period of time, Farhadi Holding Group of Companies, relying on and believing in sustainable quality and packaging in accordance with world standards, expanded its scope of activity from food exports to exports of other goods such as ferrous metals, aluminum, petrochemicals and oil. In addition to food exports, it achieved significant success in the export, purchase, sale and swap of petrochemicals and oil products. It is now considered one of the most reputable and well-known commercial oil companies in many countries around the world and has succeeded in concluding large commercial contracts with reputable companies in the world that are active in the field of purchase and sale of petrochemicals and oil products. It is currently engaged in the export, purchase, sale and swap of petroleum and petrochemical products, including crude oil, naphtha, kerosene, condensate, gas oil, fuel oil, etc. to many countries around the world. In addition to its offices in Iran, Farhadi Holding also has registered companies and commercial offices in the UK, UAE, Iraq and Turkey, and is in the process of setting up offices and registering commercial companies in other countries such as China and Russia.
